Easy Shepherd’s Pie
1 lb of ground beef or ground chuck
1 small onion chopped
1 small can peas & carrots
1 jar Heinz Homestyle Gravy (beef flavor) (Print $1/2 Heinz Gravy coupon HERE)
1 package Idahoan Potatoes
*Brown the hamburger meat with the chopped onions and drain
*Prepare the potatoes according to package directions
*Add the peas & carrots and gravy to the hamburger mixture – heat thoroughly in your skillet
*Place the ground beef mixture into a greased casserole dish. Top with the mashed potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
